Michelle Bernstein, Featured Chef Partner for the Centurion® Lounge, Washington DC

Michelle Bernstein is a James Beard Foundation Award-winner for “Best Chef: South” (2008). Michelle and her husband, David Martinez, own and operate Michelle Bernstein Catering; a Miami Beach cocktail bar, Sweet Liberty; Little Havana’s Café La Trova; and La Cañita located in Bayside Marketplace. A modern take on the beloved, award-winning Sra. Martinez is set to open in Coral Gables in 2024. Bernstein currently hosts two television shows: Check, Please! South Florida (PBS) and the Emmy-award winning production SoFlo Taste (Channel 10).

Ravi Kapur, Featured Chef Partner for the Centurion® Lounge, Washington DC

Ravi Kapur’s diversity and upbringing in Hawaii have cultivated his palate, a treasure he draws from to create his unique and delicious food. He opened Liholiho Yacht Club in 2015, dubbed by The San Francisco Chronicle as redefining California Cuisine. He earned a James Beard nomination for Best New Restaurant and was anointed Eater SF's "Restaurant of the Year." Liholiho and his other restaurant, Good Good Culture Club, focus on equity and inclusion. Incorporating ethos has been a lifelong pursuit of Chef Ravi's, as his restaurants are rooted in culture.

Michael Solomonov, Featured Chef Partner for the Centurion® Lounge, Washington DC

Mike Solomonov is a beloved champion of Israel's extraordinarily diverse culinary landscape, and the chef widely recognized for bringing Israeli cuisine to diners across the U.S., and around the world. He is Chef of the trailblazing restaurant Zahav, and co-owner of Philadelphia's CookNSolo Restaurants with hospitality entrepreneur, Steve Cook. Solomonov is the co-author of three cookbooks, and the recipient of five James Beard awards including "Outstanding Restaurant" for Zahav, making it the first Israeli-American restaurant to be awarded this great honor. The CookNSolo portfolio also features Federal Donuts, Dizengoff, Goldie, K'Far, Laser Wolf, and Lilah. CookNSolo expanded to Brooklyn bringing grill house sensation Laser Wolf, Israeli bakery & café K’Far, and Jaffa Cocktail & Raw Bar to The Hoxton hotel. Solomonov is a member of the American Culinary Corps and was appointed by President Biden to the President's Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition.

Jim Meehan, The Centurion® Lounge Mixologist

Jim Meehan worked at some of New York City’s most revered restaurants and bars including Gramercy Tavern and the Pegu Club before opening the James Beard Award-winning bar PDT in 2007. Besides running bars, Meehan co-edited Food & Wine Cocktails and Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide; and his own books, The PDT Cocktail Book, Meehan’s Bartender Manual and The Bartender’s Pantry, have become industry favorites worldwide. He and his family reside in Portland, Oregon where he writes and works with clients of his consulting firm, Mixography Inc.

Anthony Giglio, The Centurion® Lounge Wine Director

Anthony Giglio is one of the most entertaining wine and spirits authorities on the planet. He has written several books, including three editions of FOOD & WINE’s Wine Guide; five editions of the Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide, and his highly regarded first book, Cocktails in New York. Giglio has written for numerous publications, including FOOD & WINE and Travel + Leisure. Giglio is currently a wine reporter for CBS News Radio, and has appeared on numerous television programs.
