Access to The Centurion® Network

Below are Centurion® Lounge policies around admittance for Card Members and their guests. Please note that access policies may vary from country to country in our international locations.

NOTE: NEW CENTURION® LOUNGE DIGITAL WAITLIST

Eligible Card Members can now expedite the check-in process at US Centurion Lounge locations by joining the Digital Waitlist via the Amex® App if the lounge is at capacity.

US Platinum Card® Members and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Members can add themselves to the Digital Waitlist by navigating to the relevant lounge page in the Amex App and selecting "Join Waitlist." When the Centurion Lounge is not at capacity, US Platinum Card Members and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card Members can continue to check-in without a physical card and confirm they meet access requirements via the Amex App by selecting "Get Eligibility Code." Other Centurion Lounge eligible Card Members can join the waitlist by following instructions at the US Centurion Lounge location.

Available for US Platinum Card Members and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card Members when you log into your account on the Amex App. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. International Platinum Cards, American Express prepaid cards, and cards issued by non-American Express issuers are not eligible to add themselves to the waitlist via the Amex App.

See below for step-by-step instructions to join the waitlist

  1. Select "Membership" on the Amex Mobile homepage.
  2. Select "Airport Lounge Access" in the Travel and Experience section.
  3. Select the US Centurion Lounge location that you plan to visit.
  4. Select the "Join Waitlist" button (if applicable).
  5. Carefully read and confirm that you meet the Centurion Lounge Access Policy requirements.
  6. Select your preferred contact method: SMS or Email. Please select Email if your cell service provider has limited coverage in the airport.
  7. Enter your phone number or email address.
  8. Confirm your total party size. Guest access fees may apply.
  9. Confirm that the information you entered is correct.
  10. Wait until you receive the "We are ready for you" notification and click the provided link to receive your Eligibility Code.
  11. Return to the lounge within 10 minutes for check-in with your Eligibility Code.

NOTE: CENTURION® LOUNGE GUEST ACCESS POLICY EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2023 FOR U.S. PLATINUM CARD AND U.S. BUSINESS PLATINUM CARD MEMBERS

U.S. Platinum Card® and U.S. Business Platinum Card® Members will be charged a $50 USD fee for each guest (or $30 USD for children aged 2 through 17) or rate comparable in the currency of the country where the lounge is located. U.S. Platinum Card® and U.S. Business Platinum Card® Members may qualify for Complimentary Guest Access for up to two guests per visit after spending $75,000 USD in eligible purchases on their Card between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 and in each calendar year thereafter.

NOTE: CENTURION® LOUNGE GUEST RATES EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2023* FOR ALL ELIGIBLE CARDS:

U.S. Platinum Card® and U.S. Business Platinum Card® Members with Complimentary Guest Access, Corporate Platinum Card® Members and Centurion Members may purchase a non-refundable day-pass for any additional guests beyond the limit of two (2) complimentary guests subject to the paid guest rates below:

Guests aged 18+ are $50 USD per guest
Guests aged 2-17 are $30 USD per guest
Guests below age 2 are free (with proof of age)
A physical American Express card must be used as the payment method for all paid guest access. Guest rates at international lounge locations are equivalent of USD in local currency.
