After clearing TSA in TBIT, walk towards the bridge to the Great Hall and enter the elevator lobby on your left. Take the elevator from Level 4 to Level 2.
TBIT is accessible airside from Terminals 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

A lifelong Angeleno, Nancy Silverton is one of the most respected and beloved chefs in America. Nancy is chef and owner of Pizzeria Mozza, Osteria Mozza, and chi SPACCA — all three of which were recognized in Michelin’s inaugural 2019 guide to California. In 2014, Nancy received the highest honor given by the James Beard Foundation, the award for Outstanding Chef. That year, she was listed as one of the Most Innovative Women in Food and Drink by both Fortune and Food & Wine Magazines. In 2017, Nancy was profiled in an episode of Netflix’s award-winning docu-series Chef’s Table. Nancy is also the author of ten cookbooks including her most recent title, chi SPACCA: A New Approach to American Cooking.
Jim Meehan worked at some of New York City’s most revered restaurants and bars including Gramercy Tavern and the Pegu Club before opening the James Beard Award-winning bar PDT in 2007 and a second branch in Hong Kong a decade later. A journalist and former editor of Food & Wine Cocktails and Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide; Jim’s own books, The PDT Cocktail Book and Meehan’s Bartender Manual, have become industry favorites worldwide. He and his family currently reside in Portland, Oregon where he oversees his consulting firm Mixography Inc.
Anthony Giglio is one of the most entertaining wine and spirits authorities on the planet. He has written several books, including three editions of FOOD & WINE’s Wine Guide; five editions of the Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide, and his highly regarded first book, Cocktails in New York. Giglio has written for numerous publications, including FOOD & WINE and Travel + Leisure. Giglio is currently a wine reporter for CBS News Radio, and has appeared on numerous television programs.

Danielle Garza, aka “Ellierex” is a Los Angeles-based mixed media muralist.
