The Lounge is located in Concourse D, opposite Gate D1. The concourse is accessible from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 via the transit system. Once you pass security, follow signs to D gates.

James Beard Award nominated Kim Canteenwalla is the chef-owner of award-winning Honey Salt and Andiron Steak & Sea restaurants in Las Vegas. He is also a managing partner in Buddy “The Cake Boss” Valastro’s Buddy V’s Ristorante, located on the Las Vegas Strip in the Venetian Palazzo. Along with wife and business partner Elizabeth Blau, Canteenwalla adds published author to his resume, as Honey Salt: A Culinary Scrapbook, which can now be found on bookshelves across North America. As managing partner of Blau & Associates, a strategic restaurant planning and development company, Canteenwalla continues to work on culinary development projects all over the world. Most recently, Canteenwalla returned to his Canadian roots when he conceptualized and developed multiple world-class food and beverage outlets in Vancouver’s premier dining and entertainment destination, Parq Vancouver.

Jim Meehan’s career behind the bar spans over 15 years, from Paul’s Club and State Street Brats in Madison, Wisconsin to Gramercy Tavern and the Pegu Club in New York City. In addition to his work behind the bar as one of the nation’s top mixologists, Jim is a James Beard award winner and the author of The PDT Cocktail Book and Meehan’s Bartender Manual. He travels frequently to oversee branches of his award-winning PDT in New York City and Hong Kong, along with a new concept, Prairie School in Chicago.
Anthony Giglio is one of the most entertaining wine and spirits authorities on the planet. He has authored several books, including three editions of FOOD & WINE 's Wine Guide; five editions of the Mr. Boston Official Bartender's Guide, and his highly regarded first book, Cocktails in New York.
